I used the TPG prepaid moble service in the past. And I was planned to cancel my account at the end of last year. However I have leaved Australia at that time, therefore I did not call staff to cancel the account.
I have check my account and I am sure taht it was prepaid service so I just ignored the cancellation thing. But now I can still received new bill every month. Could you please help me cancel the account directly coz I am not outsides Australia and can't make an international call.
My plan is prepaid not postpaid plan so I wont pay extra fee because of failing to cancel service.
