Hi Team,


I had placed a request to cancel my NBN connection on 26/02/2020 and then as per the call with customer service on 6th March agreed to perform a CHOWN to one of my friends.We had provided all details on the 16/03/2020 but have received no notification after that. I just want to cancel my service and not be charged a further one month's fee. There is no way of reaching customer support on call or chat.
