Regular drop in and out of service for past 3 days. Cable error 8180. I have updated security. Do I need firmware update? If so, please send me instructions

I've managed to locate your account using your Community details. Remote tests showed line fault which may be service affecting. 

 

The issue has now been raised to our Engineering Team for further investigation. Please ensure to leave the modem connected and turned on for remote testing purposes. 

 

Updates will be provided via phone call or SMS.
