Cable error 8180

Home gateway is coming up with internet disconnected and when trying to connect I get cable error 8180. The modem lights WAN and WLAN are flashing but not the internet one. Not sure what I can I do?

We are unable to detect any fault within the NBN network which causes the issue.

 

Are you experiencing the issue on a specific time frame? What are the troubleshooting that you've done so far?
