Call time very long/Internet not working

My internet isnt working, my Power and wifi lights are green, the internet light is flashing green, and the 3g/4g is red. Im on the phone and have been waiting 60minutes for someone to pick up but nothing. I'm very frustrated and not happy with the services at the moment.
