I just moved to a new house looking for NBN plans, problem is I will only move on 23rd Feb I don't if I can set a start date for the internet access if installation is done before 23rd Feb?

We appreciate your query. If you are an existing customer, we can request for a date on when you can move the service however that will still depend on the availability of the appointment for installation.
There are services that we can activate remotely whilst some needs a technician visit.
Could you please send us with your Customer ID/username as well as your address via private message so we can check what type of service you have or which service is available on the new address?
