Can TPG tell me why you break my FTTB link (without fail) every time my MS Onedrive commences sync?

Without Fail, my FTTB link is cut when MS onedrive commences syncing. This has nothing to do with any local capabilities my side of the router. Thanks.

Thanks for raising this to us. I'd like to clarify when you say my FTTB link is cut when MS onedrive commences syncing does it mean the service got disconnected/experienced dropouts? Or is it an Error message during MS Onedrive commencing a sync?

We ran an inital test the service it shows no line fault and reported dropouts over the last 19hrs.
