Can a house have 2 NBN services?

Just moved to a house that has 2 flats at the same address, one flat is using NBN service already (not sure which ISP) and can my flat still install a NBN service with TPG under this circumstance?

What type of NBN technology is rolled out in your area? If NBN-FTTP is available in your location it is possible to open a new account using the available UNI-D port. Unfortunately, NBN FTTC, HFC, FTTN will only allow 1 service per premises.
