Got new modem 2 days ago as last one nearly set my house on fire now this one won't work tried rebooting nothing . I'm feed up

Hi @caraburkwood80 ,

 

I ran an initial test to the service it seems that the modem/router is connected to our network and it needs configuration to work.

 

Here is an article that you may find helpful, How to set up your TP-Link VR1600v modem 

 

In the event that the modem/router is still not working, confirm your best contact number and preferred time and we'll have one of our Technicians contact for assistance.
