For the last couple of days I haven't been able access the tpg.com.au website from my TPG 5G home wireless broadband.service. Firefox gives me the message:
Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to www.tpg.com.au. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR
Error code: PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the web site owners to inform them of this problem.
Tracert to the website seems to give up too..

Is anybody else having similar issues or is this common for TPG?
Thanks for your help.
Hi @paulcull
Are you not able to access the TPG website on all of the devices connected to your 5G broadband or only a particular device?
I can't access it from any device via the TPG network. I can get in if I turn off wifi on my mobile, so it looks the website (or a content provider) is blocking a TPG IP address range.
I've also noticed that I can't access the Kogan Mobile website without a VPN so I suspect that there might be some bad actors on the TPG network which are causing some of the TPG IP addresses to be blocked. I would expect TPG itself to let its own customers in, however!
If I try to access my account on tpg.com.au via the VPN I get as far as logging on and then get a 403 error, which I suspect is another issue.
Thanks for your help.
We'd like to look into it further.

Thanks. Just confirmed the problem continues (had to turn off my TPG router and hotspot in from my phone today to access the TPG site) so I've sent you a private message.
