Get online support
I use mozilla thunderbird to access my emails, but as of this morning, whenever I start up thunderbird I receive the following message
"Sending of user password for user "-------" did not succeed. Mail server mail.tpg.com.au responded:failed:Login failed."
Which is immediately followed by...
"Login to server mail.tpg.com.au failed Retry, Enter new password , or cancel"
The problem has resolved itself.

When I try to log in on my mobile, it tells me that I have changed my password, but I haven't.
