Get online support

Can't access my account because mobile number is missing

Hi there,

I'm the new Parish Administrator at Berwick Anglican Church. I've been having problems accessing the TPG account for our linked account for the vicarage. I called TPG and they told me to send an email to ******@tpg.com.au to update the number but no reply from that. We are stuck with the slow internet and can't do anything about it. I just want to access the account. Can someone help?
