Can’t cancel internet

I have been trying to cancel internet with TPG over the last few days i have called everyday and been put through to different departments that can’t assist me to cancel my internet. Been told some one will contact me from cancelation team but all lies what business are you guys running i have been a loyal customer for 5 years never missed a payment and now i want to change to another company you won’t let me cancel. And i’m still paying you guys because there is no option to opt out. How frustrating can’t get thru to TPG.
