Moving Home

TPG left my family without internet. We moved house. I applied online over 2 ago for transferring service, I did again 10 days ago with online chat. I never received any confirmation email. We are in the new house. TPG just charged me for another month but I am unable to get any contact, any feedback, any communication.. We are self isolating... Two teenage children need to do home schooling. My partner working from home, and we don't have essencial service we are paying for!!
