Can't connect to internet

I can make phone call but can't access to internet. my addresd are Artarmon 2064 Sydney.

My MODEM ADSL signal are normal but NO internet signal, Please help ASAP.

Thanks for reaching out to us, I was able to check your account and have seen that your connection is up and running. 

 

Are your devices connecting via WiFi? Can you please verify the status of the connection on each devices?
