Get online support
Trying to log into our account via the TPG website to check usage and keep getting an error message.
We do not have a mobile number only an internet account.
We have called support twice who said they would look into it but nothing ever happens.
How are we supposed to check our account with zero support?
The error means the mobile number on your account is not updated or there is none. We require an updated mobile number on your account as we send OTP when you log in to your online account.
