Get online support
I am currently on Home Wireless Broadband.
Every now and then, I do get issues where I am not able to access a website.
When i tried restarting the laptop and clear the browser cache, it did not help either.
xx.xxx.com.au took too long to respond.

Did you try to access the said site on another device if you'll be able to reach it?
Have you tried to reboot the modem/router?
Is it only 1 site that you are not able to access?

There are a few sites which I am not able to access.
Below are the two that I come across and my company citrix as well.

Been rebooting the modem a few times and still doesn't work.
Connect my mobile phone on to the same wifi and having same issue.
Tried clearing the browser cache on my PC and still not working.
When i try connecting my PC onto my mobile hotspot, there is no issue accessing the above website.
We'd like to run some test on the network.
