Can't send emails from Outlook

Hi there,

I contacted online tech support yesterday and they referred me to email support who were supposed to call me today, but no one called. 

I'm still getting this error message in Outlook when I try to send an email:
"The server responded: 535 5.7.8 [TPG-A02] Authentication denied. User is banned from using SMTP AUTH due to previous abuse'

I've changed my password twice (including within Outlook) over a 48 hour period with no effect. Can someone please help?

I have contacted tech support three times and each time they promised someone would call me back.

It's been two weeks now and this email problem is not new or uncommon, please can someone fix this server side block issue.

Fourth time was the charm. Account has been unblocked.
