Get online support
All of a sudden I can't send emails from my computer or my phone but I can from the Post Office. I was getting an error message that my username wasn't correct but it hasn't changed and now its telling me "The SMTP server 'mail.tpg.com.au' is not responding. Check your network connection and that you entered the correct information in the 'Outgoing Mail Server' field".
I have re-entered the password, in both incoming & outgoing mail servers, and nothing else has changed. I have had to change my password several times because the postmaster keeps blocking the emails I am trying to send as spam (even to my landscaper!). I'm just about over TPG to be honest.
*edit* now I cant receive them either!

Try changing the outgoing port number to 587 on your phone and computer email settings. If that works, you can change security to STARTTLS.
