Hi,
I would like to cancel my service please. However your online chat function is not working, after my initial message, I can no longer enter any further text and after waiting in queue serval times was not able to communicate with the customer service representative at all. Could you please provide an email address and the details you require to get my service cancelled byt he 9th April before my next billing period. I have been trying for several days and cannot get through.
