Cancel internet plan

Hi

I have changed to another provider and I need to cancel my TPG account. I dont want to speak to anyone, I just want to cancel my account. I am out of contract. I understand you need this in writing, please send me the details of what I need to do.

We're sorry to read that you are cancelling your service with us. Due to security reasons, we do not divulge the cancellation process publicly as we normally discuss account related information and specific billing concerns on these processes.

 

There are different circumstances why a specific customer cancels a service. Furthermore, we do not want the account to be compromised; thus, we deal with this type of concern privately.

 

It will be best that you PM to us your TPG customer ID or account username along with your contact details (preferred callback number and time) and we'll have our Account Specialist to give you a ring and assist you further on this cancellation request.
