Cancel my NBN service

Hi there,


I have churned to another provider and I need to cancel my TPG account from 18th of April 2020. I dont want to speak to anyone,  I have spoken from last 2 weeks and they said will contact back but haven't heard from them till now. Its so pathetic to wait for 1 hour on call and no response later. I just want to cancel my account. I am out of contract. Please send me the details of what I need to do.
