Cancel my home internet

Hi,
I would like to cancel my home internet. I am moving & do not need the internet re-connected.
Please could someone assist with this as soon as possible.

Hi Karl,
I’ve managed to get in contact with someone from Customer Service Live Chat. They have provided me a a cancellation email address.
I have emailed that team now.
