I have called TPG on 131 423 and 1300720016 for many times to cancel my nbn service, but I got hung up for every single time! Please reply and cancel my nbn service ASAP! otherwise I have to make a compliant to fair trading. My TPG account number is xxxxxxx. My phone number is 045xxxxxx

The same to me. After 30 minutes just hang up after someone said they would transfer me. Go onto the chat later and they denied saying that that doesn’t happen and that they answer calls
