I've tried twice today to cancell my account through online chat and both times they say they're transfering me to someone and nothging happens for over an hour. I just want to cancell my account please.
Every single time I get onto an online chat support person (after waiting an hour) they ask me to hold why they transfer me and then nothing. Three times now! Can someone please just cancel my account. It's a simple request. Thankyou.
