Cancellation and Identity Doom Loop

How do I cancel my account and return a router to TPG? I’m stuck in this miserable cycle of calling to cancel, being told there is no mobile number on my account, literally receiving a text from TPG (on my mobile number…) to verify my identity, then another text, then another text, then calling again to cancel my account. I’m going to stop payment on my credit card but would prefer to close the account properly. Is there an address to return the router with a written signed request to please cancel the account?
