Cancellation of ADSL Service - Impossible

Why do TPG make it impossible to cancel my service?

 

Not possible via 'my account' settings portal. Not allowed.

Attempted to do via 'chat'on two occassions, got transferred to no where on both occassions.

Phone contact is obviosly not possible at present.

 

Any ideas??
