Cancellation of TPG Service

I've been trying to contact TPG Customer Support over chat for rougly 3 hours, Constantly being told that I'm being "transferred" to another representative. It's funny because I can't even speak to customer care aswell as use the service that I'm paying for.


I've moved to another provider that was able to get everything up and running within an hour and I'd like to receive all documentation required to TERMINATE my account. Thanks.
