Cancellation of my ADSL

Hi, 

 

I have today transferred to another service provider, and connected to the NBN. As a result I need to cancel my service with TPG. I have attempted to call and use the chat service but am getting no response. Please advise me of the process to cancel ASAP. I would appreciate if my billing cycle was ended from today, to prevent any further charges.
