Hi Shane, I am in the same situation. I have been on hold on the phone for over an hour now, and have been trying to get an answer through the chat service - also waiting an hour. I need to cancel my service from today as I have changed to NBN with another provider. I am not locked in a plan. Can this please be facilitated ASAP to stop the billing cycle?

Hi, I have today transferred to another service provider, and connected to the NBN. As a result I need to cancel my service with TPG. I have attempted to call and use the chat service but am getting no response. Please advise me of the process to cancel ASAP. I would appreciate if my billing cycle was ended from today, to prevent any further charges.
