I'm moving out of my place and I need my net disconnected by 28th January, 2018. What's the process of disconnection and what would be my cheapest option (if there are cancellation fees involved)? Thanks!

I am in the same situation. I have been on hold on the phone for over an hour now, and have been trying to get an answer through the chat service - also waiting an hour. I need to cancel my service from today as I have changed to NBN with another provider. I am not locked in a plan. Can this please be facilitated ASAP to stop the billing cycle?
