Hi, I would like to cancel my SIM card with effect immediately. Another issues was over charge of $10 was reflected in my bill as attached file.

Are you in Singapore or Australia? Only reason I ask is that email address is a  Singapore email address

 

Could you please send me a PM (private message) with your Full Name, CID (customer identication number) and your mobile phone number, so I can take a look at your service?
