The internet became really bad the last two months, been trying to reach out to the customer service and technical support! Due to the coronavirus, the phone line is down but never can connect to the chat either! And no one response to my message until now.

Cant believe that the service could be that bad for such a big company like TPG. Definitely will switch to another company! So disappointed!
