Cancellation

I would like to cancel my internet service from 8 September 2019. How do I go about doing that? I do not have my account number (as I don’t seem to ever receive a bill/invoice).

Hi @Eddie1, we're sorry to know that you'd like to cancel the service. We have located an account using your community details, but we'd like to make sure that we got the right one.

 

Can you PM us the account holder's name and the complete address?
