Slow nbn speed

Hi since yesterday our nbn speed has dropped dramatically, I upgraded my plan but it's still the same. We have never had a problem before in the 2 yrs I have had TPG..any help much appreciated.

We'd love to help fixing the speed issue with your service. We're able to locate your account using your community details and ran an initial test. It shows no line fault and possible issue what particular speed you're getting with the service aso, what device(s) is affected?
