Cancellation

Hi,

I want to cancel my plan because I'm not in Melbourne. The username is junyao15.

Please send the instructions to junyaoh@student.unimelb.edu.au.

This is my third request to cancel it. And you have ignored my requests since June, making me pay for the internet for three additional months. Please help me as soon as possible.
