Get online support
I upgraded my service on Thursday and have been monitoring network speed since then - at all times of day and night. It has NEVER reached anything greater than 48 Mbps. What was the point of upgrading if I'm only getting 6 Mbps improvement? I'm still getting the timer circle when downloading or trying to stream.
