Cancelling My Plan

Anybody had any luck cancelling with TPG? I moved homes and relocated only to be put onto a new plan and sent a new modem rather than keeping the exisitng one. I was told I will recieve an email on how to send back the old modem; and never heard anything. 

 

A couple of weeks later I have had enough of the bad service from TPG. So I ring to cancel my plan, then nothing which the operator agreed to and then... nothing again.... I have no email or communications from TPG after the phone call that was placed last week. I now have two modems for TPG sitting in my home with no communications on where to return them to, and my billing cycle for the most recent plan ends tomorrow, so hoping I won't be charged considering the cancellation went through last week. 

 

Does anybody have a better outcome with TPG? It's moments like these that reinforce my stance on leaving.
