Tell me the process for cancelling our NBN connection.
TPG's customer servive had been appalling - we have been paying for NBN50 speeds for the last few years while receiving maximum download speeds of 5Mps. TPG have done nothing to try to resolve the issue. TPG make it incredibly difficult to get in contact and refuse to return messages.
How long do you think TPG will survive as a NBN 'service' provider? You will be going under soon - and for every reason. Customer service is right down the bottom of your list of concerns.
