Hi there,
I would like to cancel my NBN service with TPG, can anyone please instruct me how to do it? I heard that we have to inform tpf 30 days in advance or else might be charged a cancellation fee. It will be great if someone can tell me more about that too. I don't want to call the call centre, just email or links would be great.
