I was experiencing troubles with my TPG internet connection and a technician has been booked. However, the problem was simply a loose wire that has been fixed. There is no need for a technician. I would like to cancell the technician.

I'm glad to hear that the service is already working. The escalated ticket with our Engineering Team has been closed already. We have also notified NBNCo to cancel the appointment from their end.
