Cancelling due to COVID-19

I've been trying to contact the online chat for over a week now to cancel my account and services. I've lost my job due to COVID-19 and will be moving back in with my family for a while. Does anyone have any advice on how to cancel your account or get in contact with someone to do so? I just keep getting "please try again later" messages and I'm at breaking point with this!
