Red optic light

I have a red optic light on my new nbn service. No outages and been trying to get through to TPG Online chat for three days. No response on email either.

Could you clarifiy, where do you see "the red optic light", ?

If no outages on the service by NBN, have you tried to check the proper setup?

But I would like to know if NBN HFC or NBN FTTC

However if your service is NBN FTTP (fibre to premises), could you power on and off the NTD.

If still that red light, please contact technical support department

Optic light is in the nbn box. Connection is FTTP

I tried turning the nbn box off and then on and it was still red. I can’t get through to tech support for help, been trying for three days.
