Could you clarifiy, where do you see "the red optic light", ?
If no outages on the service by NBN, have you tried to check the proper setup?
But I would like to know if NBN HFC or NBN FTTC
However if your service is NBN FTTP (fibre to premises), could you power on and off the NTD.
If still that red light, please contact technical support department
