Cancelling tpg

I requested to cancel my tpg account a week ago and I didn’t receive any answer only the email. I check my account today I’m supposed to have a technician coming home to try to fix the internet ( after 4 weeks trying and already cancelled). I don’t want to waste this person time and I don’t know how to cancel this appointment.
