I requested to cancel my tpg account a week ago and I didn’t receive any answer only the email. I check my account today I’m supposed to have a technician coming home to try to fix the internet ( after 4 weeks trying and already cancelled). I have been trying to do the installation for almost 4 weeks, requesting help by emails, calls , chat support with no luck either support. After being a tpg member for the last year and a half.
