I'm now having to work from home and to connect to the server at work we are using VPN. I can connect to the VPN fine but when I go to conncet to the server I am unable to get on. I get a message saying
'The server may not exist or it is unavailable at this time. Check the server name or IP address, check your network connection and then try again.'
I know that the server works becuse if I use my phone as a hotspot for my Mac instead of using the TPG wifi it will connect.
Is this something that can happen if my interernet speed isn't fast enough or is it my modum?
