Cannot access some websites with 5G Home broadband

There are some websites I cannot visit via my different devices with different browsers via TPG 5G Home Broadband, but they can be connected while I use other internet connections such as my mobile date or workplace internet connection. Is this a setting issue or tenichcal issue? I will have to constantly visit these websites while I am working.
