Cannot find new home adress to move internet

Hello,

I am trying to move my internet service to my new address. I have tried online although my new adress is not recognised. I have tried to call although the automated message tells me they cannot talk to me and tells me to go online before hanging up automatically. I have also submitted an online call back request to which I recieved an automated email telling me to do everything online.

 

Please Help.
