I just wanted to know who to contact to cancel my internet plan?
I logged onto my account this morning and it says I'm no longer in a contract but I'm still being charged for internet that is not being used. I tried the 'Live Service Chat' to get some more information about cancelling but the person I've been assigned to is not responding.
