Cannot log in to my account as the verification code is being sent to an old number

I am trying to log into my account first time for years, but my tel number has changed, the verification code is being sent to a desconnected number.

How do I get in to change it to the new number.

Hi I forgot to mention I'm in Uk the service is for my 82 year old mother in law.
